General return policy:
For refunds or returns of "stock garments", new, unworn, unsoiled, unaltered, undecorated items, there is a restocking fee. All returns must be pre authorized with an assigned Return authorization number or return package will be refused; to return merchandise, email your request listing items to be returned; the restocking fee is 25%, we do not offer exchange service. Majestic brand garments, undergarments, loose braid, loose lettering, discontinued items, small/sample orders; special/custom orders or stock items that have been ordered with decoration, specific inseam lengths, special applied braid trim or lettered by the buyer in any way are non-cancelable and non -returnable. Sales to photographic studios, advertising agencies, production or video companies are considered final sales. All claims must be made within five days of receipt of your order. Esses Dist. Co. cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.



Pom pom return policy
Terms of Sale and Return policy: Small orders, pom orders, spectator/rooter poms orders, imprinted items, imprinted or blank boxer/lounge pant orders, under garments, socks, logo socks, any special order garment or item including special order jackets, discontinued items are non cancelable, non returnable, non exchangeable; sale is final. All other items are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, no credit will be issued for small order charges or shipping and handling charges.
